If you have an account with us, we offer the option to cancel orders in your customer portal. Self-service cancelations are only available for 1 hour after orders are received. If you do not have an account or it has been more than 1 hour since you ordered from us, please send an email to sales@stashcycles.com to request a cancelation.
For self-service cancelation, log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section. Find the order you wish to cancel and look for the "Cancel" button. Click on it and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Please note that the ability to cancel an order will depend on the order's status and the product's cancellation policy.
If you do not have an account, please contact us directly to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled before they are sent for fulfillment. After an order is in the process of fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. If you have a question about your order status, please contact us.
