How do I cancel an order through my account?

To cancel an order, log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section. Find the order you wish to cancel and look for the "Cancel" button. Click on it and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Please note that the ability to cancel an order may depend on the order's status and the specific product's cancellation policy.

If you do not have an account, please contact us directly to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled before they are sent for fulfillment. After an order is in the process of fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. If you have a question about your order status, please contact us.
