• Can I pick up my order in-store?

  Absolutely! If you're near Bellingham, select in-store pickup at checkout. We'll email when your order's ready for pickup.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Yes, for orders over $50! Some bikes, wheels, and other oversized items might have an additional shipping fee, but not always

• How fast do you ship?

  Almost as fast as Jackson Goldstone! Most orders ship within 1 business day. Custom items, complete bikes and frames take a tad longer. If you're ordering a Banshee frame, it will ship within 5-7 days of your order. Intense Bikes will ship within 2-3 days of your order.
